Description
Recipe : www.retetecalamama.ro/retete-c…
So, I used the recipe posted above and, for those mini-pancakes, I just made the mix of ingredients thicker and used a smaller ladle to pour it into the pan.
I'll try to translate it, so that anyone can do this at home. PS: it's the easiest recipe for pancakes
Ingredients you need:
- 3 eggs
- 300g white flour
- 300ml milk
- 250-300ml water (simple, mineral)
- 3 tablespoons of melted butter(optional)
- little salt
- 1-3 maximum tablespoons of sugar (optional)
- flavours : vanilla or vanilla sugar or some lemon peel. Use flavours only if you want to eat the pancakes with something sweet.
- ...and some cooking oil.
1. Crack the whole eggs into a bowl and beat them with the salt.
2. Add all the flour at once, the flavours, sugar and mix them all together (with a whisk, mixer or a wooden spoon)
3. Little by little, add the liquids until the mix has the consistency you want.
Advice: if the mix thickens while you make the pancakes, add water.
4. In a heated and oiled fryingpan, pour some of the mix with a ladle and cook on both sides until it has some brown spots on it . To turn the pancake on the other side, use a wooden spatula or toss it up in the air I don't recommend the second option to amateurs.
